clean and comfortable room - with high-speed wifi - hot shower, and efficient air conditioning. Great location right in the center of town - within walking distance of attractions - restaurants, and shops. The staff provided excellent information and recommendations for exploring the local area.
Can't recommend highly enough.

we had goodies and coffee at scandinavian bakery, it was located next to the venue. besides, we parked the car nearby. worth its 3 stars.

WIFI access from your room was nice, as was the aircon.
Very slow WIFI, hot water was not working and couldn't get the tiny ants out of my room - one even bit me on the balls. Also, the TV was terrible - unless you feel like watching two channels of news all day, you might as well write the cable TV off.

The Central Vienna Hotel in Vientiane was such a charming and cozy place to stay. The decoration was tasteful and had a warm ambiance, making it feel like a home away from home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, offering a pleasant environment for relaxation and socializing. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. The staff was always ready to assist me with any needs, and they were particularly attentive to those of us with mobility challenges. They made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be better trained in providing assistance to older guests. While they were friendly, there were a few instances where their lack of experience showed, and I would have appreciated more knowledge and understanding of the specific needs and concerns of senior travelers.

The staff was really nice and tried to help us.
The hall and the stairs look terrible. The triple room that we booked was already occupied by other people and we had to share one double bed with our daughter. The room was small with no windows and no really clean.

The location was great - close to many attractions, restaurants, and the river. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering us a map of the local area and providing good language skills. the room was quiet with no noise from either other guests or outside.
The room had ants and the stairs made it uncomfortable when carrying suitcases. we had a strange encounter with the staff when they knocked on our door early in the morning asking to pay, and when we checked out, they didn't have change and pressured us to tip instead of giving them change.

Cheap. Balcony. Big room. Fridge in room
Nothing new and nothing Paris about this hôtel. Old and dated. Room was not cleaned during our 2 days stay. Poor wifi reception

The staff here were really friendly, and we loved the convenient location; the room was also very reasonably priced with a good restaurant available.

Location central to visit, well placed in city
Hotel room was shabby and dusty. Did not look like internet pictures of hotel. No restaurant, but served good breakfast.

Good location, good price for the degree of luxury and very friendly helpful staff.
no swimming pool and very slow elevator. Most rooms don't have a window to let natural light in but this is only a minor problem.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was eggs, lovely soft French bread, jam.bearing in mind the abundance of fantastic coffee in Laos,it's a shame the coffee was instant. The room was comfortable and there was wi fi in the room too which was very handy.

Location, location, location! the hotel was situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by tourist attractions, night markets. I could easily walk to all the recommended sights using the hotel map provided. the staff were extremely nice and always ready to help with any questions or requests. the room was cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable stay.
the cleanliness of the halls and stairs left much to be desired. They were quite dirty, which was a bit off-putting.

Staff friendly.
Hotel shower very poor, lots of stairs to get to room, very old hotel, management required payment a day before departure. I do not recommend. I hotel around corner much better and same price av hotel much better, a little more expensive but closer to markets.
